Group Arrival & Departure Transfers: Arrival transfer is a group transfer for all guests arriving on
the same flight number and at the same time. Any travelers arriving on a different flight number at a
different time must pay extra for a private transfer. Arrival Transfers cannot be combined for guests
arriving on different flight numbers even if the arrival times are the same.
The group transfer will be provided for the earliest departing flight.
Day 1 – Wednesday, April 19, 2028
Welcome to Japan – Arrival in Tokyo
Upon arrival at Narita Airport, you will be warmly greeted by an English-speaking assistant and transferred by private coach to your hotel.
After check-in, enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure to relax after your international flight or begin exploring the vibrant city at your own pace.
Check in time: 3pm and after. Early check in is not included.
Day 2 – Thursday, April 20, 2028
Discover the Icons of Tokyo
After breakfast, meet your guide for a full-day exploration of Japan's fascinating capital.
Begin with a visit to the historic Imperial Palace grounds, home to the Japanese Imperial Family.
Continue to Asakusa, where the magnificent Senso-ji Temple and bustling Nakamise Shopping Street offer a glimpse into old Tokyo.
Enjoy free time for lunch (at own expense) before visiting the peaceful Meiji Shrine, nestled within a
tranquil forest in the heart of the city.
Later, experience the excitement of the world-famous Shibuya Crossing, one of the busiest pedestrians intersections on Earth.
Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 3 – Friday, April 21, 2028
Mt. Fuji & Lake Kawaguchi Excursion
Today after breakfast, journey into Japan's stunning countryside to experience the majestic beauty of
Mt. Fuji, the country's most revered natural landmark. Travel to the famous 5th Station (weather permitting), where spectacular views await. Following lunch at a local restaurant, ascend aboard the Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway for breathtaking views over Lake Kawaguchi and the surrounding mountains. Complete the experience with a relaxing cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, offering unforgettable perspectives
of Mt. Fuji reflected in the tranquil waters.
Return to Tokyo in the evening and the remainder of the evening is at leisure.
Day 4 – Saturday, April 22, 2028
Bullet Train Adventure to Kyoto; Temple Tour ; Traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Tokyo Station.
Experience one of Japan's most iconic modes of transportation as you board the world-famous Shinkansen bullet train bound for Kyoto. Upon arrival in Kyoto, meet your local guide and begin discovering Japan's ancient imperial capital.
Visit Sanjusangendo Temple, renowned for its remarkable hall housing 1,001 statues of Kannon, the Buddhist goddess of mercy. Later, participate in a traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony, a beautiful cultural experience that reflects
centuries of Japanese customs and hospitality.
Following the tour, transfer to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 5 – Sunday, April 23, 2028
Kyoto & Nara Cultural Treasures
Enjoy Breakfast at the hotel.
Today you will explore two of Japan's most culturally significant destinations. Begin at Kyoto's iconic Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its thousands of vibrant vermilion torii gates
winding through the forested hillside. Continue to Nara, Japan's first permanent capital. Visit the impressive Todaiji Temple, home to one of the world's largest bronze Buddha statues.
Stroll through Nara Park, where friendly free-roaming deer have become a symbol of the city, before visiting the sacred Kasuga Taisha Shrine, known for its beautiful lantern-lined pathways.
Return to Kyoto in the late afternoon and the remainder of the day is at leisure.
Day 6 – Monday, April 24, 2028
Vibrant Osaka & Farewell Celebration
After breakfast, depart Kyoto and travel to energetic Osaka, Japan's culinary capital. On arrival in Osaka, your sightseeing begins at the Umeda Sky Building Floating Observatory, offering panoramic views across the city skyline.
Continue to lively Dotonbori, Osaka's famous entertainment and dining district, where neon lights, giant
billboards, and local specialties create an unforgettable atmosphere. Enjoy free time for lunch (at own expense) before visiting Osaka Castle, one of Japan's most celebrated
historic landmarks. After checking into your hotel, celebrate the conclusion of your Japanese adventure with a memorable
Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 7 – Tuesday, April 25, 2028
Departure from Osaka
After breakfast, enjoy some free time before checking out of the hotel. Transfer to Kansai International Airport for your onward flight, taking with you unforgettable memories
of Japan's rich culture, stunning landscapes, and warm hospitality.
